Fellekalender is not a officially supported service from uib, but you are free to use it on you own account. It is an ical compatibleclient vbaseson the open souce solution DavCal

In general you only need to make an calendar in your client and it should be made automatically. If not, you go to https:/fellekalender.uib.no to set up your account.
